- If you are cancelling a booking within the next 30 days – we encourage you to continue to call us on the dedicated numbers in the relevant sections on this page (see below). Please be patient. We will endeavour to assist you as soon as possible.
- For all cancellations of bookings related to travel within the next 30-60 days – please complete the online enquiry form on this page (see below). Select “Update my existing reservation“.
- For all bookings over 60 days to a year in advance, please fill in the holiday enquiry form. For all general enquiries please complete the online enquiry form on this page (see below). We welcome all new bookings. Please allow up to two weeks for our response to your booking enquiries. We apologise that it may take that long, but we are sure that you will appreciate that our primary focus will be on members with bookings in the next 60 days.
